To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

  • The Service is provided on a subscription basis with monthly billing.
  • Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
  • Spam, harass, or engage in abusive behavior

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you provide to customize the Service (e.g., brand guidelines, topics). You grant us a license to use this content solely to provide the Service.

Generated Content: AI-generated posts created by the Service are provided for your use on your connected social media accounts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication.

Our Property: The Service, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Lonia AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LONIA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lonia AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
